Niseko is approximately 4hrs drive from Chitose Airport, Sapporo, on the northern island of Hokkaido. International and domestic flights are available to Sapporo and we do recommend making the most of your time in Japan by flying into Tokyo and spending a couple of nights discovering this dynamic city before flying domestically.
Getting There: Once you've landed in Sapporo it is recommended to book the shared shuttle service to get out to to the ski resort. When booking the shared service with us you will be taken by coach from Chitose Airport to Central Hirafu, Niseko, where you will be met by another representative who will transfer you by mini van to your accommodation. For hotel customers staying in Annupuri or Niseko Village (Higashiyama), the coach will take you directly to your accommodation. This makes for a stress-free journey at the start of your powder adventure!
Getting Around: All those with a Niseko All Mountain lift pass can use the shuttle services between ski areas for free. Taxi's are available throughout the day and night, but most visitors make their way around the Hirafu village by foot to discover the restaurants and bars of an evening.
