This fully refurbished chalet was extensively renovated right throughout & comprises of five bedrooms and bathrooms. It caters to those looking for plenty of room for maximum off-slope relaxation. Just off the slopes of Happo, in a quiet but convenient location, this house is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. With large open plan living room with large smart TV, sound system and great U shaped lounge setting . A fully equipped large open plan kitchen with full length bench space and island kitchen bench. Open and flowing into the dinning room capable of seating 10 persons and then the lounge area. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area are surrounded by windows offering beautiful mountain scenery and then the chalet is surrounded by balcony offering plenty of viewing space and to take in the alpine air. The 5 bedrooms are split over two levels with two master bedrooms on the main level offering 1 queen bedroom and one split king room and both ensuited with bathrooms all with underfloor heating throughout all bathrooms and the entire property. Then upstairs there are 3 x twin rooms, the 3rd is great for a children’s room. The 2nd floor has 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Then in the basement we have a games room with a foosball table & dart board and a 60 inch wall mounted smart TV. A very good area for kids and or can be used as a 2nd TV viewing area. The basement also has a ski and drying room as well as a laundry room along with a separate ski exit area so that all wet gear can be easily hung and skis/boards can be put away before moving up into the living areas of the chalet.
